Formwork your building with a gagging machine
Take advantage of our solution for easy formwork without the use of anchor rods. For formwork of footings, footings, lintels or fencing, you can use sleeves called gags. The use of this formwork method is very simple, guarantees quality construction and prevents damage to the formwork during concreting. The solution is also suitable for those who do not want the reinforcement to be visible in the concrete. At first sight, this is only an aesthetic issue, but this method also prevents corrosion in the plaster. Many builders forget this detail, which leads to unnecessary problems. Gagging machines are cheap and agile, making them an ideal option for any construction company. The implementation of formwork using a gagging machine is suitable for the following works:
- formwork of foundations and footings,
- wreath making,
- ceiling flashing,
- formwork for stairs,
- strip formwork,
- formwork of parapets.
Spanning and debarking procedure
The formwork is spliced using Ø 6 mm reinforcing steel bars or Ø 4 mm diameter wire. Holes Ø 10 mm must be drilled in the formwork. You insert the wire into the holes on both sides of the formwork and fix it in the sleeve on one side. The sleeve has a toothed mechanism which fixes the wire in the sleeve with a light hammer blow. On the opposite side of the formwork you do the same thing, except that you fix the sleeve only after stretching the wire with a spanner. There is also a toothed mechanism in the spaniel to stretch the wire. It is also necessary to insert slats the length of the wall thickness into the formwork. This is the only way to achieve the desired pressure in the wire. The sleeves are simply unclipped when the formwork is removed and used on the next construction.
