Many builders implement their houses on their own. They should also remember that time and progress have advanced and also in the implementation of the roof. The vapour barrier fixed with contralats serves as an insurance waterproofing. In case of water leakage under the roofing, it will prevent the glass wool from getting wet by possible spots on the plasterboard. It is this water that is drained into the gutter outside the roof cladding structure by means of the gutter sheet.
Do not forget to connect the vapour barrier to the eaves sheet with double-sided adhesive tape.
In the picture above, the eaves plate is missing, so the vapour barrier cannot be attached to the eaves plate either.
