During the implementation of the fa\u00e7ade, it happens that the wooden elements protruding into the fa\u00e7ade get dirty with paint during the application of the plaster. It does not look nice and therefore it is advisable to cover these elements (roof soffits, wall soffits, …) with crepe tape and finish the facade with a finishing profile<\/a> with a grid. The main problem that is solved by using this profile is the prevention of cracks in these areas. Not only will the wooden element be prevented from getting dirty, but a fine joint will be created between the plaster and this element. In order to prevent the aforementioned defects, it is advisable to use a finishing profile when carrying out the detailing. We were very surprised to see the crack shown in the picture below on the construction of the shopping centre after a year of use. Unfortunately, the project executor did not take any care in the implementation of this detail, which resulted in similar cracks in many places. It costs a lot of work to repair such a detail and the final effect will be as unsightly as if the detail had been well executed. The use of a finishing profile could have effectively prevented this mistake. <\/p>\n
