I would like to share with you some pictures from the implementation of the changing rooms on the Orava dam embankment. An interesting architectural design has created an interesting project of a wooden building thanks to the great commitment of the implementer in the bitter autumn weather. In order to realise the seemingly simple wooden building, the individual elements of the custom-made structure had to be prepared in the carpenter’s workshop, precisely cut and treated with natural oil well in advance. <\/p>\n

Tung oil<\/a><\/h2>\n

In the realization of the project of this wooden building, two color combinations of this oil were used, namely white and anthracite. And, as usual, Chinese walnut oil, which is pressed from the nuts of the tung tree, was used, designed by the architect. The oil<\/a> is usually supplied with a non-aromatic solvent. In this case, this combination proved to be an ideal protection for all the elements, as the building is outdoors. It will protect the building especially against water and abrasion and leave a nice pleasant matt finish with an accentuated wood grain. For illustration purposes, I have listed the colour shades of these oils: (1000 colorless,<\/span> 1106 walnut, <\/span>1100 white,<\/span> 1107 Cherry, <\/span>1101 Pine,<\/span> 1108 Chestnut, <\/span>1102 light oak,<\/span> 1109 id, <\/span>1103 rustic oak,<\/span> 1110 walnut, <\/span>1104 Pines,<\/span> 1111 mahogany, <\/span>1105 Alder,<\/span> 1112 rosewood, <\/span>1113 rural grey,<\/span> 1114 anthracite grey).<\/span><\/p>\n
