The attic is an important element of a flat roof and needs to be done well and professionally. It needs to be made watertight and without visible screws.
Attic failures
It is inappropriate if the attic is anchored with farmer’s screws and the attic sheet is pierced, thus creating an inappropriate point where water can enter the roof structure. It is also customary abroad that these screws are covered with caps which are glued with sikaflex or encolite. This is also a solution, but I am checking solutions without anchoring visible screws by fixing the sheet to the underlying anchored sheet.

Tools
