The philosophy behind the method of controlling the measurement of the verticality of the underlying grid of the ventilated façade is to use a minimum of two brackets to mount the rotating laser.
Measurement preparation procedure
– Attach the two brackets to the perimeter masonry (on one and the other edge of the perimeter cladding) – At the first edge, attach the rotating laser to the sliding bracket – CAUTION The rotating laser must be locked and rotated 90 degrees – At the second edge, attach the laser receiver to the sliding bracket – ACCEPTOR
The measurement procedure is simple
– Proceed along the scaffolding and gradually anchor the anchors of the façade grid – Repeat the procedure when anchoring the supporting T-profiles to which the façade slabs are anchored
