What to do when cracks appear?
An excellent way to prevent cracks in the drywall and plaster connection is to use EDGE TAPE and here we have a guide from PROTEKTOR with using EDGE TAPE
It’s simple. You put the tape on the putty on the plastered wall and then sand it. This creates a joint where a fine joint can be painted over with acrylic putty. For more hope, see the video at the end of this article. https://youtube.com/shorts/w0PTuKFF9kQ?feature=share
