We were inspired by a publication by Iuri Nushtaev, who has a myriad of interesting details in his publications. It doesn’t matter whether the roof is 100 or 1000 squares. Every detail has to be treated equally. The pitch of the roof, the roofing material used and also the craftsmanship requirements of the investor must be taken into account.

For the last point, it is necessary to take into account that the implementation is easier, but the preparation and dimensioning of the fall wedge is more time-consuming. But according to the well-known saying “Practice makes perfect”, it applies here too. It takes an experienced plumber to calculate, measure, mark, bend and then install. Don’t be afraid to try it out on a mock-up chimney first, as we did.
