In the following article, we would like to provide you with information about the details that you need to think about when implementing the insulation of your family house. These are mainly the use of anthracite APU strips, or the implementation of lining and connection of sills, especially on the facades where there are pre-window blinds or shutters. The rule of thumb in this area is almost always that almost every new building already has this technique. This makes it all the more necessary to go through and apply this technique so that it serves the entire use of the building. In implementing this technique, the following steps need to be taken, which can be summarised in simple terms as follows:
- correctly fit the cover plates of external blinds and roller shutters,
- correct application of external window tapes,
- installation of guide rails,
- fitting of window sills including waterproofing under the sill,
- gluing APU strips with mesh in the decor (if necessary).
