Shaping at the eaves – pliers and tools

We would like to introduce you to the shaping pliers for delimbing. A very important detail in a folded roof is the termination of the fold at the eaves. Every trained plumber knows it, but in practice this detail is often neglected, mainly because it is a time-consuming job. The termination of the gutter flashing should first be drawn on the pre-coated strip and then cut out. Those who don’t have a template or even a pair of circular pliers don’t feel like fiddling with this detail and just leave it at that.

Folding pliers and folding hammer

A suitable tool for finishing the falsetto at the eaves is the eaves shaping pliers. These pliers not only join the strips together, but also serve as a template. In addition to these pliers, it is also advisable to use a miniature anvil. By transferring either a bevelled or rounded shape, you simply cut out the shape and use the folding hammer together with a strike on the anvil to create the desired detail. You can order the folding pliers and the folding hammer from the comfort of your own home right here.
