Another separate chapter is the ventilated facades, which take advantage of the advantages of ventilated facades, especially their thermal and technical properties. On the one hand, they ensure an excellent accumulation function of the envelope and on the other hand, they guarantee a diffusion-open envelope construction. This is a huge advantage over contact thermal insulation systems, where this function is inferior, especially in cases where poor-quality silicate plaster is used.
